Policing and Community Safety Authority Chairperson Elaine Byrne was interviewed by the Irish Examiner ahead of the meeting in public with the Garda Commissioner in Midleton, Co Cork.
The interview with Liz Dunphy covered the policing response to the recent fuel price protests, as well as the response to domestic violence in rural Ireland.
Earlier this week, PCSA CEO Helen Hall joined PJ Coogan on Cork’s 96FM to look ahead to the meeting.
The four topics on the agenda at the My Place Community Centre are:
