The Policing and Community Safety Authority is meeting in public with the Garda Commissioner Justin Kelly in Midleton, Co Cork this afternoon.

The four topics on the agenda at the My Place Community Centre are:
-Policing of recent protests;
-The challenges and opportunities of policing in Cork County;
-High-visibility policing; and
-Policing response to domestic abuse in rural Ireland.
Over the past month, PCSA staff and Authority members have met local gardaí and community organisations across County Cork to hear about their experience of policing and being policed.
